Description

A client in South London is looking to immediately employ a fully qualified Food Safety Officer/EHO who holds either a Degree in Environmental Health or a Higher Certificate in Food Control. The post can be either Part-time or Full-time depending on your current needs.

 

 

You must be registered with the EHRB (Or EHORB) and meet the competencies for food officers stated in the Food Law Code of Practice. Previous experience of food safety enforcement within a Local authority is essential. You need to have at least 10 of Food Core CPD (20 hours in total) as specified in the current version of the Food Law Code of Practice and Practice Guidance.

 

 

You will be required to carry out a number of low risk unrated food hygiene and food standards inspections.

 

 

The contract will end on the 31/3 2020.

 

 

The hourly rate will be negotiable depending upon the experience of the candidate.

 

 

A copy of relevant qualifications, CPD certificates and certificates of registration with EHORB/EHRB must be held on file by Buckingham Futures before the contract commences.
