Buckingham Futures recruit across Environmental Health, Health and Safety, Trading Standards and Licensing Sectors and have won many large scale tenders and master vendor agreements and are on the services frameworks within our sector.

We are currently recruiting a strong and inspirational Recruitment Team Manager to manage and lead a recruiting and team.
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring vacancies are managed, including the effective
management of a talent pool and pipeline.
There will a focus on building strong, collaborative relationships with Clients Managers to understand their needs and ensure recruitment plans are delivered against agreed timescales.
You will be involved in planning and developing the recruitment strategy to ensure exceptional service is delivered to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
 Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure they can deliver recruitment objectives
 Oversee recruitment campaigns, monitor and reporting on effectiveness and identifying any
changes required to deliver results
 Develop a strong understanding of the client and their business
 Encourage the team to build and maintain strong relationships with Candidates and Clients
resulting in fluid communication and effective delivery
 Contribute to defining and reviewing resourcing needs
 Win business and meet new and existing clients and help to grow the current teamExperience and skills required:

 Strong leadership and management experience
 Minimum 3 years Recruitment experience
 Proactive, assertive and engaging communication style
 You will be of graduate calibre and have full lifecycle recruitment experience, with a track
record of hitting your monthly targets with lots of drive and ambition.
 You must be driven and confident to grow a desk as well and be willing to impart knowledge
on others.
 28 days annual leave, with an increase relating to service length
